CeMAT Australia 2024 Recap: Racking and ACR Robots With Hai Robotics

CeMAT Australia is where the local materials handling and logistics industry turns up in one place, so it's always worth being there. In 2024 we went as CH Racking & Displays, and we didn't go alone.

Working with Hai Robotics

We showed our racking alongside our partners at Hai Robotics, including their Autonomous Case-handling Robot (ACR) systems. An ACR is a robot that picks cartons and totes directly from the rack and brings them to a workstation, so people aren't walking aisles to find them.

The robot is only half of that story. It needs racking built to suit it, with the tolerances, structure and layout the machine works within.

That's where we come in.

Seeing the two together on one stand made that easier to explain than any brochure.

What we showed

Our team was there to talk through warehouse and retail storage with visitors, from high-density pallet systems to the shelving that fills stores.
